Active Lifestyle Membership (Age 55+)
A free membership is required to participate in any active lifestyle programs listed below. Please see the front desk at the Dana Point Community Center for assistance in creating a membership.
Coastal Café Coffee & Pastries
Join us in the Coastal Café at the Dana Point Community Center, Monday through Friday, except Wednesday, from 8:00am to 9:45am for coffee, tea, packaged pastries, and microwavable breakfast items. Reservations not required.
Bagels & Binge in the Coastal Café
Mondays 8:00am - 9:45am
Bagels offered alongside standard cafe items, but will be limited in supply.
Stay and Play
Mondays 12:30pm-3:00pm
Come in after lunch on Mondays to engage in art, card games, and board games with your fellow seniors!
Helping Hands
Mondays 2:30pm - 3:00pm
- Drive-Up Helping Hands Distribution
(Food distributed is donation based and therefore quantities vary)
Friday Flicks
Presented by the City of Dana Point Recreation Division. Join us in the Coastal Café at the Community Center every Friday at 1:15pm for a featured film. Those wishing to arrive early can line up in the hallway starting at 12:50pm. Seating is limited to 55 guests. Sign-in is required prior to entry. Movies include popcorn, candy, a beverage, and hot dogs.
Excursions/Trips
Join us as we discover the hidden gems and locations of Orange County through various excursions throughout the year. Excursions occur every other month, but may be subject to change. Seating is limited and pre-registration is required for seniors 55+ years of age.

Socials
Join us for Senior Dance Socials offered throughout the year! Enjoy an afternoon of music, dancing, and great company in a welcoming environment. Each event features live entertainment, delicious food, and exciting raffles for a chance to win fun prizes. Whether you’re looking to get on the dance floor or just looking to have a good time, these socials are the perfect way to stay active and connect with friends.

City of Dana Point Recreation - Senior Services
The following programs are a collaborative effort between the City of Dana Point and Age Well Senior Services. Information is divided up into sections depending on the coordinating agency. All activities listed are held at the Dana Point Community Center, located at 34052 Del Obispo St.
Age Well Senior Services
The Age Well Senior Services programs are designed for any age senior to meet their educational, recreational, social, and human service needs. Activities vary each month and reflect the needs and interests of the community, as well as the resources. For more information, call 949-496-4252
