GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Reservations are limited
  • Reservations can be made up to 1 year in advance
  • Reservation time includes your setup and clean up time
  • Renter must provide liability insurance
  • Equipment setup, parking and group size is limited by location
  • Wedding ceremonies, proposals and birthday parties are permitted
  • Receptions are prohibited

REQUIREMENTS

  • A permit is needed if over 30 people attend
  • A permit is needed if the use of the park is intensive
  • Reservations must be made 30-days in advance
  • Park will remain open to the public

RULES

  • No exclusive rights to the entire park
  • Park capacity is controlled to keep it open to the public
  • Permittees must be 21 or older
  • Liability insurance required
  • Restore facilities and equipment to original state
  • Keep permit onsite during event
  • No candles, glass, flower petals, helium balloons, sparklers, amplified music or generators

  • Fees set by Dana Point City Council
