Slurry Seal Project

The City of Dana Point has awarded a contract for the Annual Slurry Seal Project FY 24/25 (Project) to Roy Allan Slurry Seal, Inc. The Project will extend pavement life to streets by applying a protective asphalt-sand coating.

Important Information

• Work hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Streets reopen by 5:00 PM unless delays occur.

• Driveway access will be limited during work hours.

• Place trash out by 6:00 AM on scheduled collection days.

• Expect traffic delays, lane closures, detours, and restricted left turns.

• Avoid driving on wet slurry (damages vehicles and pavement).

• Weather or unforeseen delays will result in rescheduling; you will be re-notified.

• Contractor will provide 72-hour advance notice before slurry placement.
