Inspection Center
The inspectors perform construction inspections at specified progress benchmarks on a wide variety of residential and non-residential structures. These inspections focus on structural components, life safety elements, energy conservation, disabled accessibility, and electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. The purpose of these inspections is to ensure that contractors and owner-builders construct their projects in a manner consistent with the approved construction plans and state adopted codes and standards. The Inspector is the representative for the owner, future owner, tenants, and all other future occupants. Our task is to make sure that they all will occupy a safe structure.
