The Human Resources Division serves as a strategic partner to all City Departments and Divisions, dedicated to providing exceptional, efficient, and responsive service. The division is responsible for managing a wide range of human resources functions for all City of Dana Point employees, including recruitment, benefit administration, employee engagement, training, leave management, employee relations, labor relations, and risk management.
Focused on attracting, developing, and retaining a talented and skilled workforce, the division fosters a collaborative work environment through teamwork and strong partnerships.
