Lot Line Adjustment
When is a Lot Line adjustment (LLA) Permit Required?
A Lot Line Adjustment is any division of land not requiring a subdivision tract map, as specified by the Subdivision Map Act where:
- Adjustment is sought between four or less existing adjacent parcels
- The land taken from one parcel is added to an adjacent parcel, and
- A greater number of parcels than originally existed is not thereby created.

How do I get a Lot Line Adjustment Permit?
