Statement of Economic Interest

Elected officers and City officials identified in Government Code Section 87200, file statements of economic interests with the City Clerk's office. Copies of the statements of economic interest filed by 87200 filers may be obtained by visiting the offices of the Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) or the City Clerk. The Physical address of the City Clerk's office is 33282 Golden Lantern, Suite 203, Dana Point, California, 92629. The statements of economic interests for some state and local government agency elected officers and City officials may be available in electronic format on the FPPC's website at http://www.fppc.ca.gov/.

In addition to the above officials who are required by state law to file Form 700s, many other City officials are required by the City's local Conflict of Interest Code, by City Council Resolution, to file Form 700s. These locally-designated filers include positions and classifications that are held by individuals involved in the making or participation in the making of decisions that may have a material effect on financial interests.
