Chapter 6.14 of the Dana Point Municipal Code, Nuisances General, was created in order to protect Dana Point citizens and their properties from conditions which are offensive or annoying to the senses, detrimental to property values and community appearance, and/or hazardous or injurious to the health, safety or welfare of the general public. This chapter of the municipal code is necessary to effectively abate or prevent the development of such conditions in the City of Dana Point.
