The City of Dana Point Community Services & Parks Department offers a number of instructional courses and special programs for your enjoyment. HOW TO REGISTER
Print the Registration Form and fill it out completely, making sure you read and sign the “Agreement, Wavier and Release section”. Incomplete forms will be returned unprocessed. You may register in the following ways:
Stop by the Dana Point Community Center, 34052 Del Obispo St. during normal business hours of Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm.
Mail the completed form and payment to:

Method of Payment
We accept check, money order or cash (exact amount only). Make checks payable to “City of Dana Point.” Credit cards are not accepted.
Registration General Information
- All courses are subject to cancellation or schedule change.
- Customers are not permitted to register and sign the “Agreement, Waiver and Release” for non-family members.
- Pre-registration is required, no later than one business day before the first course date.
- Course registration is not accepted at class.
- Spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Should the course be filled, we will notify you, place your name on a wait list and return your payment.
- Registration confirmation will be sent via e-mail, or you may supply a self-addressed stamped envelope.
Refund Information
City Cancelled Course: When courses are cancelled by the City an automatic full refund will be issued. You have the option of a refund by check or “Fun Bucks” credit on your account. Refunds by check may take up to 3 weeks to process.
Customer Cancellation: To drop a course, contact the Recreation Supervisor during normal business hours at (949) 248-3533, or smurphy@danapoint.org. Cancellation requests received before the course begins will be subject to a $10 withdrawal fee. Requests received after the course begins will be based upon a prorated refund, plus the withdrawal fee of $10. No refunds will be granted after the course has ended. No refunds will be issued for trips unless we can fill your spot from an established wait list. If so, a $10 withdrawal fee will apply.
