Per City Council Resolution No. 05-07-13-09 approved on
July 13, 2005, the review and inspection of grading plans with less than
500 cubic yards of cut or fill (whichever is greater) shall be on a time
and materials basis. An
initial deposit of $500.00 and an administrative fee of $98 is due at the
time of plan check submittal and a final inspection deposit of $350.00 is
due at the time of permit issuance.
The time is charged against the deposit and any additional fees are
due at the time comments are returned or at permit issuance, whichever
comes first.
