GENERAL REGISTRATION INFORMATION 

  • All courses are subject to cancelation or schedule change.
  • Customers are not permitted to register and sign the Agreement, Waiver and Release form for non family members. 
  • Preregistration is required, no later than one business day before the first class date. 
  • Class registration can not be accepted at class by the instructor.
  • Spaces are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Should the class be filled, we will notify you and place your name on a wait list, and return your payment.
  • For walk-in or mail-in registration a receipt of registration will be emailed to you. For online registration, please remember to print out your receipt.

REFUNDS 

City Activity Cancellation- If the City cancels and activity, an automatic full refund will be processed. If the original payment was made by cash or check, a refund check will be mailed out within 3 weeks. If the original payment was by credit card, your card will be credited back the full amount of the class.

Customer Cancellation- To drop an activity contact the Community Services Department at (949) 248-3530, or email recreation@danapoint.org. Refunds by check are subject to a $10 withdrawal fee. Customer cancellation requests received after the activity has started will be prorated and based upon the day the customer requests the refund. A $10 withdrawal fee will apply. No refunds will be granted after the activity has ended.
